There are many types of coaching that can help you, your teams, and your organization.  Agile Accelerate has experience and successes in all areas:

Coaching sessions can be obtained in units of hours or days, with volume discounts.  Package combinations are unlimited and can be crafted to your specific needs.  Some examples of workshops and coaching packages may include the following:

  • Not sure where to start but you know your organization needs help?  Or perhaps teams are following agile practices, but the organization as a whole is stuck in waterfall-like process and/or mindset?  Consider an Organizational Audit, Senior Leadership Training, and a Strategy Mapping session to establish a vision state and a plan to get there.  Supplementary transformational coaching can help to execute the plan effectively. 
  • New to agile, or need a reset?  Consider Foundational Trainings for Teams, ScrumMasters, Product Owners, and Managers, plus a few weeks of team and positional coaching to solidify the practices.
  • Teams are following agile practices but seem to be stuck in a rut?  Consider the Agile Refresher training, Advances ScrumMaster and PO trainings, and some team and positional coaching.
  • You have established a great learning culture and want to offer your teams new ideas?  Consider a few cool workshops, like Spiral Dynamics, Systems Thinking, or some personal enrichment workshops.
